The plastic pumps of the series BADU Prime 25 We. (BADU 90/25 We.) In AC version are designed to circulate the pool water in combination with a corresponding filter system. The wetted plastic parts are predominantly made of glass – fiber reinforced polypropylene PP GF 30 and therefore have excellent corrosion resistance compared to swimming pool water and water treatment agents commonly used in water care. There are no inserts in the pump housing. This is recyclable. At the same time, the motor shaft serves as a pump shaft, on which the impeller is fastened. The shaft seal is a bellows mechanical seal, which sits on the impeller hub made of plastic. As a result, a secure separation between swimming pool water and electric motor is given. Due to the block design, the pumps have a small footprint. They are powered by three-phase motors. A suction strainer (143) is integrated in the pump housing, which keeps coarser impurities out of the inside of the pump.
